This quote covers the complete interior doors, trim, and specialty millwork package for the Ayers Residence, turnkey — supplied and installed: all interior solid-core doors and hardware, barn and cased openings, built-up casing and baseboard throughout, closet shelving, the ceiling beam wraps, the Douglas-fir tongue-&-groove dining ceiling, and the board-&-batten design wall detailed on the spec sheet. Exterior windows and door units are by others. Prices are to MK Homes.

To firm this up, we need

• Final selections on the Douglas-fir dining ceiling and a few newly-sized doors (attic, hall bath) — a few lines carry vendor estimates
• Design-wall layout and BHP hardware finish selections
• 3‑0 pocket-frame order timing

This quote is built to the scope on the spec sheet. The Douglas-fir tongue-&-groove and BHP hardware lines carry material estimates and firm up on final selection. Send us the open items and we’ll turn a final for signature.
